The AIDA Instructor Course is your pathway into the world of professional freediving education. Designed for experienced freedivers who want to teach, lead, and inspire others, this course will develop your skills both in and out of the water. During the course, you will:
 
  1. Master the AIDA education system
    Learn how to apply AIDA standards and teaching materials effectively across different student levels.
  2. Refine your technique to instructor-level performance
    Strengthen your theory knowledge and perfect your in-water skills to serve as a role model for students.
  3. Develop real-world teaching skills
    Train in classroom, pool, and open water settings to build your confidence handling student scenarios and providing constructive feedback.
  4. Understand how to run safe, structured courses
    Gain practical knowledge in student supervision, risk management, rescue procedures, and course logistics.
  5. Explore the professional side of teaching
    Dive into the business of freediving: marketing yourself as an instructor, managing your responsibilities, and growing your presence in the industry.
  6. Promote environmental awareness
    Learn how to integrate ocean conservation and sustainable practices into your teaching philosophy.
 
By the end of this course, you’ll be fully equipped to lead AIDA courses with professionalism, safety, and purpose.

  • FIM / CWTB 40 Meters
  • CNF 20 Meters
  • CWTB 30 Meters > 1:30
  • FIM 30 Meters > 2:00
  • 25m Rescue + 50m Tow
  • 1:00 Standby at 15m + Rescue
  • Stamina Test : 5x20m CWTB with 1:00 SI
  • AIDA 2-3-4 Exam 90% Score
  • INSTRUCTOR Exam 75% Score
