The Molchanovs Wave 1 course is ideal for beginners who want to learn the basics of freediving in a safe and supportive environment. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to hold your breath for up to 1:30 minutes and dive to depths of 12-20 meters. You will:

Knowledge and physiology of freediving.
Body warm-up, lung and diaphragm stretching.
Breathing theory, learning the breathing cycle, body and mental scan relaxation.
Practice static and dynamic apnea, buddy system, safety and rescue procedures.
Body warm-up, lung and diaphragm stretching.
Diving from the shore, practicing equalization and techniques for free immersion and constant weight disciplines at a maximum depth of 10m.

Practicing buddy system and deep dives to a maximum depth of 20m.
Practicing rescue procedures, FIM and CWT dives to a maximum depth of 20m.
