Because of the water’s composition, your buoyancy changes and so your dive, giving you new sensations and the chance to refine precision, control, and reconnect with yourself underwater with every dive.

At Cortex Freediving, our certified instructors bring over 10 years of experience and hundreds of dives in Song Hong. Due to its complexity — including extreme depth, lack of light, and freshwater buoyancy — we strongly advise against diving there without proper supervision.
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all participants, a minimum certification of AIDA 3 or Molchanovs Wave 2 is required.
