The AIDA 2 course is perfect for beginners looking to gain the skills and confidence to dive autonomously and safely with a buddy. By the end, you’ll be able to hold your breath for 2 minutes and dive comfortably to a depth of 12-20 meters. Over the course, you’ll:
- Learn Freediving Fundamentals: physics and physiology, understand essential techniques like breath control and equalization, and how your body responds underwater.
- Confined Water Training: practice static and dynamic apnea to improve your breath-hold and swimming abilities.
- Open Water Experience: apply your skills in free immersion and constant weight dives, while mastering safety procedures and buddy rescues.

Knowledge and physiology of freediving.
10:30 Body Conditioning
Body warm-up, lung and diaphragm stretching.
11:00 Breath-Hold Session & Theory
Breathing theory, learning the breathing cycle, body and mental scan relaxation.
12:00 Confined Water Session
Practice static and dynamic apnea, buddy system, safety and rescue procedures.

Body warm-up, lung and diaphragm stretching.
09:00 Open Water Session
Diving from the shore, practicing equalization and techniques for free immersion and constant weight disciplines at a maximum depth of 10m.

09:00 Open Water Session
Practicing buddy system and deep dives to a maximum depth of 20m.
