Sa Keao Lake — Calm & Mindful

A peaceful freshwater pond surrounded by tall trees and birdsong.
Perfect for slow, mindful dives and gentle equalization work.

Song Hong Lake — Dark, Deep & Mysterious
(Max depth: 90m)
A natural Thai cenote hidden in the jungle, with 26 °C freshwater and perfect stillness.
This deep lake reveals impressive cave formations and rocky walls, illuminated by our professional lighting setup — offering both exploration and focus.

At Cortex Freediving, our certified instructors bring over 10 years of experience and hundreds of dives in Song Hong. Due to its complexity — including extreme depth, lack of light, and freshwater buoyancy — we strongly advise against diving there without proper supervision.

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all participants, a minimum certification of AIDA 3 or Molchanovs Wave 2 is required.
