8 Mile Rock is a legendary submerged pinnacle located about 8 miles south of Koh Lipe, renowned for its encounters with majestic pelagic species such as whale sharks and manta rays.
This spectacular site is best suited for advanced freedivers, as it can feature strong and variable currents. It also serves as a cleaning station for numerous marine species, including giant trevallies, tunas, barracudas, and groupers, alongside an abundance of smaller reef fish.
Cortex Freediving Koh Lipe invites you to a memorable day of training and exploration at one of the most iconic dive sites in the southern Andaman Sea.
